More about the course

Medical therapy as it appears and is used in
Today, the focus is largely on mode. Different directions within form / mode therapy operate with different numbers of modes, but mainly talk about: Child Mode, Parental Mode (Critical, Judging Mode), Protect Mode, and Healthy Adult Mode.

In this course we will go into and try to understand the different modes through descriptions, discussions and most of all exercises. With regard to the use of interventions in form therapy, we have main categories such as:
psychodynamics, cognitive, experience-oriented and behavioral strategies.

Within the different intervention categories there are different techniques and exercises that can be used. Based on the different traditions, Marit Olsen will highlight key modes and interventions and associate this with the various personality disorders.
