Group Sheet Therapy

About the group therapy

Schematic therapy is suitable for altering generally negative patterns of life that may go back to one's childhood or adolescence.

It may be about problems in the relationship with other people, eg. difficulty in finding love, feeling loneliness, exclusion or conflict. There may be low self-esteem, chronic sense of emptiness
or boredom. There may be problems with self-discipline, bad habits,
perfectionism, self-critical thinking or difficulty setting limits and taking care of themselves. Perhaps you experience that emotions can take the upper hand, or that you feel "too much" or "too little".

In schematics, we work on the whole of the emotional wounds that lie behind the negative patterns of life. Schema therapy is an advanced form of psychotherapy that is well suited for self-development

Group chemotherapy is a treatment offering consisting of 44 sessions over a year and a half. There is room for 8 participants in each of the two groups starting in September each year. The groups meet either on Mondays or Tuesdays with three hours duration each time.

If you wish to participate, you must have a referral from a doctor or psychologist.

All applicants will be summoned to mapping conversations to see if group chemistry therapy can fit.
